Discovery Call

A 15-minute discovery call is a brief opportunity for us to connect and assess whether I'm the right therapist for you. During this call, I will introduce my therapeutic approach, and you can share your challenges and goals. This exchange allows you to gauge our compatibility, ask questions about my experience, and determine your comfort level, ultimately empowering you to make an informed decision about your next steps in seeking support.

Scheduling your 50-minute virtual psychotherapy appointment is a straightforward process designed to fit your needs. You can choose a time that works best for you through my online booking system. Each session provides a dedicated space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and develop strategies for personal growth. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation along with any necessary details to prepare for our session. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward well-being.

$160 per session.
